| Application | Applications can be made by phone to the toll free number 1-800-668-8258 at Client Service Center, or in person on Tuesdays at 2 pm. There is an application form to complete. Financial eligibility application process looks at the assets, income and expenses of client, family partner and/or dependent children. Documents required to have available are:
If you are financially eligible, have a Criminal Law Matter before the Ontario Court of Justice, have received your disclosure, and do not have a lawyer, you may call 519-371-5677 or email dc.owensound@lao.on.ca to request legal information and advice. Appointments are preferred, but you can also attend in person at 10 am on Mondays. |
